Harrogate based IDHL has announced record end of year results which saw an increase in revenue by 37% from £19.4 million to £26.5 million. This performance contributed to them being awarded top spot in the Prolific North Top 50 Digital Agencies 2022.
Employee numbers also increased by 49% and are still growing. IDHL currently employs over 400 digital experts across nine brands in five UK locations, and is recruiting for another 52 roles.
Last year IDHL announced the senior appointment of Ben Turner who joined as People Director. Since joining the team, Ben has introduced a number of new staff benefits including employee flexible working and well-being programs, to support the rapid growth.
Two new acquisitions then followed with the addition of Fostr to the portfolio; an e-commerce agency focusing on luxury fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands, as well as Ampersand who use technology to scale and transform some of the UK’s best-known retailers.
