Key Group Personnel
Dennis is the driving force behind the IDHL Group and its companies. Over the last 15 years he has grown the business from a fledgling start-up to a group of international digital marketing agencies with ambitions to continue to grow and evolve.
With a background in software and engineering, Dennis conceived the majority of the theories and principles which underpin the company’s intellectual property and proprietary software. He is meticulous in his attention to all aspects of the business and despite huge growth and success continues to be very hands on.
After studying engineering at Sheffield University, Dennis worked for a number of large American companies marketing enterprise software solutions to global organisations before deciding to branch out on his own.
Ian heads up digital operations at WMG and has nurtured and grown the team to over 50 digital marketers over the last eight years. He is tasked with ensuring clients are delighted with the service they receive and that our team is inspired and motivated to do a great job.
A driving force in continuously improving our techniques and developing new products, Ian contributes to company strategy through his deep understanding of clients’ needs.

An experienced sales and marketing professional, Emma has worked in marketing for over ten years, specialising in digital in the last 4 years. Emma’s focused attitude builds relationships and ultimately ensures our clients get results. Emma works tirelessly with some of WMG’s key accounts.
When she’s not working, Emma enjoys the odd cocktail (Mojito if you’re buying!) and driving her pride and joy – her Z4.
Lisa oversees the financial stability and growth of the business and advises on strategy, commercial direction and corporate activity at board level. She is integral to the inner-workings of the IDHL Group, taking care of client and contractual negotiations, operational output and making key decisions to help steer and drive the business forward.
Lisa’s professional background rests mainly with the multi-national professional services firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she performed the role of auditor and corporate finance manager for almost a decade.

Originally taken on to create and develop WMG’s paid media offering, Richard’s dynamic nature and skillset quickly evolved his position within WMG.
Not one for technical ‘lingo’, he ensures that the most complex of concepts are accessible to all, communicating complicated algorithms, advanced digital marketing theory and our own products both internally and to our clients with ease.
With almost a decade of digital marketing experience under his belt, Richard has become our very own ‘jack of all trades’. An integral member of new business, he can both lead teams and inspire an audience into action.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys cooking for friends and family, and taking hikes in the Lakes. He’s also our resident whiskey connoisseur!
In this newly created position, Stuart will be focused across WMG and its sister agencies, ID and NetConstruct. He will be primarily client-facing, using his extensive network of contacts to add to the Group’s collective success.
With an extensive background in Search Marketing, including senior roles with Microsoft (MSN) and Yahoo at a European level, then agency side at Stickyeyes and twentysix, Stuart has a track record of driving growth and developing new client relationships.
Experienced in product development, sales and operational delivery, Dean has overseen the development of the Ingenuity Digital business since its formation in 2012. Based in London, in the heart of the business district, he works with some of the biggest brands in the UK and worldwide.
With more than 20 years’ experience in national and international strategy, planning, budgeting and marketing, his knowledge encompasses digital marketing, organic search, PPC, digital recruitment, advertising and medical insurance sectors.
Highly technical, business-minded and adaptable, Jonathan oversees all aspects of the NetConstruct business.
As well as leading from the front, he is an integral member of the team, troubleshooting technical issues, visiting clients and presenting at sales pitches, seminars and conferences.
Claire maintains excellent working relationships with the NetConstruct client base, while supporting the rest of the client services team. With a background in marketing and an eye for design, she brings a fresh approach to our clients’ projects. Always up-to-date with industry trends, Claire works hard on delivering impeccable digital strategies and ensuring NetConstruct clients are well looked after.
Julie’s bold, decisive style and enthusiasm for WMG motivates and inspires. She manages two sales teams across three locations, providing sound advice and support thanks to her 21 years of experience spanning banking, publishing and media.
Julie believes sales should come naturally and that success in sales is about two things; intuition and people skills.
Joining IDHL Group in 2015, Nicola has nearly 15 years’ experience within finance. She started her career in London at the National Audit Office where she studied for her ACA qualification, whilst working on various Government department audits including DCMS and Customs and Excise. Moving into industry in 2006, she worked for Thomson Reuters in their UK head office predominantly supporting European sales teams in commercial finance roles, before moving north to work at Asda head office.
More recently, Nicola joins us from Tech Data, an IT distributor with global turnover of $27bn where she specialized in process improvement and audit relations among other things.
Based at WMG’s Harrogate offices, Nicola supports the Finance Director and provides value added services to the business.
